(07/08/21) – With concentrations of red tide already in the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida and countless dead fish washing up along the St. Petersburg, FL, shoreline, many wonder if storm events like Elsa could contribute to the movement or increase in concentrations of this harmful algae bloom.
